    can someone please tell me how to drop weight, 10-25 pounds in about a 1 week - 2 week period. Specifically? training to do, foods to eat, what else to do?

    Chopping off a leg should do the trick.

      dont bother, you can dehydrate but that will make you fight crappily and can be dangerous

      just focus on your beer belly next time and make sure youre comfterble with the weight a couple weeks before the event
