    Sauna and sweat suits

    Sup guys. I need some advise on some sauna suits. I'm 6ft 190 and im trying to get down to 180. I'm bulky so don't think it's fat. I just quit smoking and rarely drink and eat healthy im on a month now. I wanted to buy a sauna suit but don't know much about them i got 2 options

    This seems like the cheaper solid suit

    This one seems like it's to be harder on your body as far as losing weight and lasting longer?

    Get the first one. It may not last as long but it's less than half the price and I doubt the ringside one will last as long as two of the vinyl ones. The second one you're mostly paying for the fancy colours.

    Before you buy that one online, check Walmart or another similar store. They've got them for $10 at the walmart near me. Save a couple bucks on shipping.

    ps: A tip to help prevent them from sticking to your skin and ripping, and just make it more comfortable. Wear a light pair of long underwear or pajama pants and top underneath.
