Ive never been into that stuff, u just end up taking steriods and have penis shrinking syndrome. Also, i dont see why anyone would wanna get too bulky and ****.

yes i lift weights. why you would not want to increase strength, power, and you're potential for speed as a boxer is a mystery to me. roy jones, evander holyfield, kelly pavlik and juan diaz all lift weights, just to name a few, as do most successful professionals. trainers saying not to lift is an archaic thing of the past. the research all suggests that weight lifting, when done properly, is highly beneficial to boxing. It doesn't have to turn you into a slow, musclebound brute who can't move like jeff lacy if you know what you are doing....

what do you think of my reasons for weight training? wouldn't you like to be stronger and more attractive? especially if you can do it all without your penis shrinking?
