How do you lose weight Fast and unhealthy ?

i wouldn't recommend it. but dehydrate yourself. spit out all the spit you have, piss and crap everything you can, wear a sauna suit and workout.

stop eating and work out more (if you have 48 hours or more). Stop drinking and start spitting, sweating and taking diuretics if you have less than 48 hours, its not good though, do the work in the gym and keep an eye on your weight next time.

It's unhealthy to loss body water and not fat . I've got a ****zine and it says that some boxers still beleive today they can drink to much water and it's total utter rubbish .I posted a thread about water intake a couple of months ago and asked how much water the forum drank and some said about a gallon a day .I noticed it does improve performance alot but have drank to much before a run and it made me sick .You should try drinking loads of water and eating next to f--k all , then work out , that way you loss fat and not water .If you spit in a cup and dehydrate then as soon as you rehydrate it just goes straight back on because it's water you loss , plus your risk of injury skyrockets when your dehydrated .If your trying to make weight for a fight then it's obviously ok because your bodyfat should be low anyway .

In my experience some of the most unhealthy weight loss techniques all revolve around waste and water loss. So don't drink and wear a sauna suit, or if you want to get really bad take a couple of laxatives. You'll be dehydrated as hell (dangerously) and you'll feel terrible, but you'll make weight.
Let it be known I don't agree with these techniques and strongly suggest you don't do them. With that said, good luck.

This really isn't the sort of thing you should be looking for advice about on the internet.
If you absolutely have to dehydrate to make weight it should be done only under the careful supervision of your trainer. This is serious. You try to do this alone, and end up losing too much water and you're dead.
Also, equally important is rehydrating properly afterwords. I'm not going to post anything to help you with that because then you'll be more likely to actually try it your self, thinking you can just stop if you start feeling bad.

Depends on what kind of weight to lose. If you're looking to lose water weight, most of what the posters above has said is true. If you're looking to lose actual weight, the fastest way (and most unhealthy) is to simply not eat anything all day, and train hard. You will be consuming 0 calories a day, and you will be burning a pound a day if your daily calorie expenditure amounts to 3500 calories.
Wouldn't recommend doing any of this though. Watch what you eat on a regular basis and you won't have any problems.
