I know it makes your muscles stronger, but I'm wondering if I train in it. Will it make me slower too, meaning I might have power but after done using it will it increase my leg speed or will it end up making me used to slower movements with my leg?
It claims that with it, that it will make my muscles stronger and faster... But for some reason I don't believe that... But I thought I saw a picture of Hopkins using this method of training for his legs. I'm wondering if he likes it or not.
