    Hi guys, new to the forum but am lookin for some info......

    whats the best diet for losing fat????

    Eat lots of vegetables, lean meats, stay away from sugary and fatty foods. Eat six smaller meals per day so you will never be hungry and over eat. Drink only water.

      eat less calories then you burn.

        Stay away from processed foods.

        You must also give yourself cheat days...or else your "diet" will never work because you will be craving for junk food or whatever.. you can't keep eating the same healthy food day in and day out.

        Put some variety into your diet.
