what music do you listen to when you train?

      definitely music is a great thing to lsiten to while training. I do karate and they stress how many higheer level martial artists have used msuic to compliment their training, such as KATAS. I'll definitely have to try hitting the speed bag to a rhythm with the music as well.

          Rage Against the Machine is great music to work out to, especially their first cd. Also good is 8Ball and MJG 'On top of the World' ; the whole cd is good.

          Occasionally, if I do ropework , I'll listen to some hardcore drum 'n' bass. It puts me into an upbeat trance and focus on my work without getting too bored, dostracted, or impatient.

            mostly old **** 2pac, biggie, cube, eazy etc...

              lots of hiphop
              lots of oldies like earth wind and fire and jackson five
              sometimes i pretend im the artist(jsut singing along) to get my mind off the workout
              and 2 hours done passed and i didnt even notice it

              its like my meditation

                    I like listening to hardocre tekno music, infected mushroom etc.
                    But it can sometimes get really annoying and repetitive, so i listen to rock/rap kinda stuff...
