Unlike the usual ones by a bum, this one is by one of the best trainers in the world. Eddie Futch taught him that **** so that's good too. People should remember it is good to learn about these moves even if you do not think they will fit in with your style!

Absolutely ****ing disgusting but I don't know why for some reason I think i probably would. She probably hasn't had it for years and would be ideal for a bit of charity work.

No idea. It doesn't look like something he's done for DVD as it is very informal. Roach does not seem that type of guty, and he's kinda too big fish for it. Plus he did say something at somepoint about helping people out, unless you;re gonna beat his guys arse down!

I think it would be muich better to learn under tuteledge of a good coach, with youtube vids as a supplement. You can only learn so much from tapes, and it's funny how you understand it better after you have been coached! Also, a trainer can see where you are not doing the things that you should and can correct you more efficiently than you would do by yourself. These video's are a good substitute for all these guys who keep posting I live in a barn 50 miles away from town. Everyone else should get to the gym IMO
