How long should i leave after a meal?

I would usually leave it at least 90 minutes after a meal before working out.
I'm only talking from my own experience as anything below that tends to make me feel heavy and I cant do as much as i would like to.

Well just a little tip Emanuel Steward always says take a walk after every meal, and i think you should at least let your food digest for say 70 to 100 mins, but it all depends what type of meals ya havin and what ya havin them for.

i tend to have a piece of fish a couple of hours before i go to the boxing gym, and i feel great as i workout
