I'm 17 and I'm in my Senior year of football and I also box. I'm 5'6 145. I started boxing full time over the summer and actually had a fight after a month and a half of training before football.
We don't really lift hard for football since it's in season and I think I've gooten a little weaker and lost a little in size.
After football ends in a month or so, since I'll be done with football forever(unfortunatly)since I'm a Senior. I'm gonna do nothing but lift hard for a month after season and take a couple of supplements, protein and Animal Pump, Animal Pak, or BSN Cellmass(gonna take one of them but don't know which yet) for a month then I'm gonna go back boxing full time. Which type of training should I do?
Like a hypertrophy type training for 8-12 reps... high weight for low reps... or low weight for high reps?
