If youre talking about the one from ringside, yeh i have it. Very helpful, goes into a lot of detail, and has some sample diet plans too. Good book.

I got the John Brown Advanced Shadowboxing. It's okay. Not great, but it had some good points.

There was a bunch of that Troy dude's vids up on ********** a while back. Absolutely useless! The only decetn boxing book is that Todd's workouts from the greatest champs. it gives you an idea of what you need to do. If there is any books actually giving instructions, I will be highly skeptical as boxing is something hard to explain in writing.
