    Looking for some advice

    Hey, i'm looking for some advice on how i can build myself up a bit! I used to do boxing training but i don't do it anymore. Basically im trying to build my chest, arms and shoulders using as little weights as possible.

    Its been a long time since i boxed and can only manage about 10-15 press ups at one time at the minute lol but im trying to just sit some nights and do them continuously while im watching tv until i cant even do 1 anymore. Hopefully this way as i keep doing it i'll be able to do more at one time.

    How do i build up bicep muscles without using weights?? I know im going to have to a bit obviously.

    Also explosiveness with punches, how do i make my punches more explosive?? I still have all my boxing gear so if i put on my 16 oz gloves and shadow box with them for 5-10 minutes every night is this going to help with explosiveness or biceps or anything??

    To be honest i'm not really into fitness and know it bores me so i'm not going to start going for jogs and things, i also go out nearly every weekend and drink and other things so this isn;t a really serious thing its just to help build me up a bit.

    If youre not serious about it and are looking to just make mass gain why are you adverse to weights? they'll build you up much faster than other methods and will save you time and effort [to an extent].

    Full body work outs that make use of the upper body, lower body and core will get the results you want, I can give you more info on that if youd like, but weights are a much easier route to go down really.

    I can however say that to see results you will need to put a bit more effort in that doing pressups while watching TV.

    I also assume by mentioning bicep growth that you want big arms? If so, ill tell you already that triceps are more important for nice thick arms.
