how can i lose 10 pounds and gain muscle without going to the gym? I dont have access to a gym nearby here. Im currently at 5'10 175 pounds tryna get to 165

don't lift weights, just run alot and condition exercises, jumping rope is excellent, eating right also helps, i suggest a high protein diet

it is not hard to lose weight and gain strength at the same time.
adding pounds and pounds of muscle in unrealistic but with good strength training and cardio mixes with a high protein, high fiber diet you can maintain or increase your strangth while dieting.
last year i went from weighing 235 pounds and bench pressing 200 to weighing 185 pounds and bench pressing 275. It took about 6 months of dedicated workouts.

if u want to become 165 but with more muscle, i suggest you first go on high kcal diet for 5 weeks, ad 5lbs muscle until you are 180lbs, then cut down to 165. But then you really need to train with weights for 5 weeks after that you only need to do cardio and.
