I am the same, but for me the only problem is lack of sleep if i get up too early.
Go to bed massively early, like 5 or 6pm. Take a sleeping tablet if you need to. You will find that you'll get up earlier cause you've had so much sleep. Go for your run and pratcise bringing your bed time earlier a few hours.
Basically you are changing your body clock.
