so today we sparred like usual twice a week and i don't do too bad every time i spar, actually pretty good except for a few things my trainers go over with me after a few rounds of sparring, like not going for body enough and not using my triggers enough.
today was brutal tho, there was no body my weight and 3 people in the 6 foot 3 in range. i usually move around the ring a lot, with good head movement but i got ate away today, felt more tired than usual.
recently upped my running to 4 miles, running in some hot ass florida weather, and recently started school waking up at 6 AM. and the worse thing was i woke up at 6 AM, ran 4 miles prior to my training where we ran even MORE with a medicine ball and sprinted the last 1/4 mile with a few stops to do some drills. woke up this morning feeling great, thinking that maybe i can pull this off, and then tonight i just OWNED. oh well learn from my mistakes i guess, and get back in the ring again. im pretty sure i over exhausted my self and my brain told me your feeling good but my body sure wasn't moving with the momentum that my brain had been thinking. whats ya'll take?
