    whats your stretching routine

    heres mine. i do 10 sec of each stretch on each side of the body. i made up some of the names because i didnt know what they were called. its about 24 min long but im probably gonna cut it down to 15 - 18 min long.

    STRETCHING

    NECK
    1) neck rolls (10x each way)
    2) ear to shoulder touches (each side)
    3) neck turn twists (each side)
    4) head to back touch
    5) neck turns (both ways)
    6) neck pull (both sides)

    BACK
    7) backward back bend
    8) side bends (both sides)
    9) body twists (10x each way)
    10) body circles (10x each way)
    11) sit up bar stretch
    12) cobra stretch
    13) lying body stretch

    ARMS / WRISTS / SHOULDERS
    14) across body arm stretch
    15) over head elbow pull
    16) over head hand pull
    17) palm to palm box stretch
    18) wrist pushes
    19) reverse bridge stretch
    20) 10 reverse arms raises
    21) 10 arms over arm stretches
    22) shoulder point stretch
    23) 10 shoulder circles (each way)
    24) 10 elbow circles (each way)
    25) side arm wall stretch
    26) high side arm wall stretch
    27) top arm wall stretch
    28) 10 arm circles (each way)
    29) 10 wrist circles (each way)
    30) arm / wrist shaking

    LEGS / ANKLES
    31) feet touch stretch
    32) sit and reach stretch
    33) ankle stretch
    34) butterfly stretch
    35) lying knee grab stretch
    36) wide legged sit and reach stretch
    37) squat stretch
    38) standing quad stretch
    39) hip flexor stretch
    40) side leg stretch
    41) 10 knee to shoulder kicks (each leg)
    42) wall push leg stretch
    43) 10 ankle circles (each way)
    44) leg / ankle shaking

    damn you stretch alot. I stretch for about 20 minutes. basic legs. arms, neck, back

      yeah it used to be 55 dif streches, im not sore at all the next day so its worth it.

          The reason boxers and other athletes spend a lot of time visiting doctors, chiropractors etc is because they don't spend enough time stretching. Stretching is free, healthcare costs you money.
