I don't always have the time to go home and cook a chicken breast & eat fruit & veggies. Sometimes I will get something like a footlong ****y italian sub from subway & eat only half of it (saving the rest for later).
I know this is not as good as cooking at home but how bad is that really?
I run 2 miles every morning & workout abs every morning, so I am somewhat pretty active. Is Subway a bad habit that I should drop or is it acceptable?
(I'm 5'10'' 164lbs with 13% body fat) I'm trying to get down to 155lbs with 7-8% body fat.
