    How many miles you jog a day and at what times?

    5 miles 3 times a week

      i aint even sure how many miles my circuit is but i do it wen ever im awake around 6 am

        4 times a week - 4-5 miles each run.

        always after work.

          4 miles 3 times a week. i like running around noon, as i suck at waking up early. plus i always get a better sweat around this time.

            I was running 4-5 miles twice a week and sprints once. Now that I have a weighted vest its only 2 mile runs (with sprints) but they are hard on the calves.

              I do 3 miles, 3 times a week on the exercise bike.

                Normally do 6 miles, 3 times a week, however for the last 5 weeks only about 4miles once a week... damn i hate revising for exams.

                  2 miles 3 - 4 times a week.....after hiit training and I run them as fast as i can...... 6 a.m.

                    it is the season for jogging so i got my ass back out there. i have been walking so much lately, so i keep it to 2 miles.

                    remember, walk as long as u jog to be gentle on the heart. if u jog for 20 minutes, then walk 20 minutes after. never stop suddenly. so many people forget how important this is!
