    yeah wrap your hands firmly, but not to tight, enough to protect wrist. i was taught to wrap wrist and thumb joint the most, since thats where most of your support is, the protection on the knuckles is also important but not so much as your thumb joint and wrist.

    if the pain keeps coming, try going to the doctor's and getting it x-rayed, not trying to set the worst case scenario on purpose but the worst thing that could happen is the cartilage being worn out.
