How many days a week do u guys workout?

4 days a week. Sunday, tuesday, thursday and friday. Friday being the day that i do weight training. In every other day aside from saturdayi do half an hour of shadow boxing in the morning and some push-ups, sit ups and pulls in the evening, can't really consider that training since i don't even push myself. On saturdays i don't do **** cause im a lazy bum.

I do 4 days a weekcore day, with 100 pushups and crunches every day!
I've had to stop for the last couple of weeks cos i fractured a rib during a drunken sparring session with my mates. Last time i do that.

I box Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and do roadwork on the other days. I haven't touched weights for over 2 years.

I lift tuesday (chest, shoulders, tris) , thursday (back, biceps, forearms), saturday (legs, push ups/ dips/ pull ups). Wed, fri, sun i will run and do core work. I honestly try to run every day i dont lift. I start boxing at the gym in 2 weeks mon, wed , thurs so Ill adjust my schedule then.

as often as i can, cuz i work alot. if im off for a week, i'll work out all 7 days. but on average about 4-5 days a week
