    Mouth guard

Does anyone know how to make a mouth guard at home properly? How hot should I boil it and should I put it in the freezer. I have a million dollar smile and I want to keep it that way.

This is very complicated to do! Lots of ppl make it sound easy but its really hard to get a good fitted mold with these type of mouthguards! It pissed me off so much one day as I was trying to fit my current mouthpiece in that I flipped out and started punching anything that was around me and thats how frustrated I was.

I say get the pan hot untill it starts bubbling and then stick it in there for how ever long it says to and then throw it on and see if it fits right(which it probebly wont) but Keep your cool if your trying to get this thing to fit you right because its kinda frustrating and might take tons of tries to get a good fit

If your grill is that important to lyou you should get a Gladiator from we make b-hops guard as well as many other pro boxers and mma combatants. the $50 model is enough for most ammy boxers the elite is more for mma or heavy weight pro's

Yeah same as what I said.. And yeah dont freeze it.

Or if your in a rush you can put the gum sheild in, boil kettle and pour the boiling water in your mouth.

Go to a dentist, in England I bought a really good boil and bite mouthguard, it's not that good and that's one of the top of the range ones. It cost me £22, it would have cost me £50 for a dentist one. Knowing what I know now, it'd have rather shelled out that extra £28 for a perfect fitting mouthguard which doesn't hinder your breathing or ability to talk which is not too long or off central.

As for how to use a boil and bite moutguard, it's simple. Put it in boiling water for whatever time period it says, think it's usually about 30 seconds. Then you put it in your mouth bite down and suck as hard as you can. I think you do that for about 1 minute and then you take it out, put it in cold water and voila.
