Hi, Ive been off training now for about a month because I broke my hand and thought id give myself a rest from training to let it heal. Ok so now my hand is about 75% will give me trouble to put my body weight on it for extended legnths of time.
Im now off for the summer (bout 3 months) however and want to get back into some serious shape. Im thinking its the best time to do it because apart from maybe a part time job I will have plenty of time to train and eat well.
Can anyone explain how overtraining might be an issue here because im known for taking things too far like will running everyday be a problem or should there be rest days like with weights??
Also what results could you expect from this im currently weighing about 13 stone and am 6'1. I dont look fat but I look kind of lazy I want to put on muscle and lose fat but whats the best way to do this? spend first 1.5 months on cardio and then add weights or do 3 months mix of cardio and weights.......
