    Question for you guys

    I was doing something similar to curls the day before yesterday and I pushed myself until I could physically do no more.

    Now I cannot straighten my left arm without getting true agony in one of my forearm muscles.

    Anyone know what I have done to my arms and what I can do?

    How many days ago did you do this? do you do this exercise all the time or was this the first time you did this in a long time?

    Were you doing reverse curls?

      try some tiger balm, or another muscle relaxant

        All you've done is push yourself to failure. I get this quite often, especially when doing negative reps. If you've not lifted for a long time or have lifted to failure (Until you can't possibly do one more rep) then this happens. It's always worse in the morning when you first wake up and have to stretch the muscle out.

        When weight lifting you get microscopic tears in your muscles and what's happening now basically is your muscles are repairing and re-building. Get loads of protein down you and don't worry about it. You'll be fine in 2-3 days.
