    You have natural talent.

    A) Do you go to a gym?
    B) Stop wasting so much energy, Extend your elbows and keep your hands up.

    Not bad though.

Your trying to hard, relax. Those are also all arm punches. The hook, especially, is horrible. Keep your elbows in too. I don't have time to list all your mistakes. The video is. all around pretty bad

If you have been training for 2 years, Then the video is bad.

Your wasting way too much energy jumping around for a start, Your straight punches are half arsed and your arms need to be extended fully for the jab and the straight right.

Your hook is coming from the shoulder not your body rotating, The hook starts at your lower body and transfers to your shoulders where you really twist the power into the end of your fist.

Do it slowly first, Forget power and speed, Power and speed will come with propper technique.

im not a power puncher so even at sparring i mostly throw arm punches.
and i think im pretty relax if i wasn't relaxt i wouldn't be able to throw fast punches like that. But i will work on my mistakes for my next video.

You are lying. It is obvious you have not been training at a gym for 2 years. If you have been, you need to change gyms because they have no idea what they are doing.

                    read my post above.

And btw im not an offensive fighter, i mostly box backwards and counterpunch.
so the way you saw me shadowboxing is not really my style.
