    Muscle Building Meals Plans

    I'm very skinny at my height 145 pounds at 5'9 3/4 I want to gain mass while building muscle.. Do any of you have any diet plans I could use..

    Eat more, less cardio, heavy weights low reps.

      make sure you eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight, plenty of quality carbs, good fats and lift some weights. 80% of weight training is diet. if your serious about putting on a few pounds the right way, take some time to research it.
