    injury recovery

Well, since last week I've had this pain on my left shoulder. It's especially bad on the front. I disregarded it as just being sore (I still think that might be it) and not injury. But how can I know for sure? I was hoping I'd be okay today, but it still hurt a bit. So I put an icy hot on and went to train. It was alright. Hopefully It won't be worse for tomorrow. What makes me think that it might be an injury is because my calves felt sore from skipping the rope, but the soreness on my shoulder feels kinda different. Maybe I pulled something? I think I'm going to take tomorrow off (maybe I'll just run) and see what happens. Any thoughts on this? Could it be a rotator cuff injury or something?

both are really common in boxing, dont worry about the calf's you will probably feel little balls in there, having that pain sucks but it will go away with more training, if it get more intense then go to a doc, but i think most ppl get that when starting,

About the shoulder its kind of common too but thats a little more serious, if you feel comfortable most of the time with it but cant do stuff higher than shoulder level or extending your whole arm because of the pain its most likely a rotator cuff injury, i have had them and its ****ing uncomfortable and painful.

, if nothing helps and the pain doesnt go away dont be ****** and go to a doc i have been ****** many times and it doesn't help hahaha

It feels better today. I put another icy hot before going to bed and today it just feels sore like my other shoulder. Slight difference in the type of pain but for the most part it feels the same. If it still hurts tomorrow (and I think it shouldn't because it barely hurts today) I guess I'll go to the doc.
