    skip for 10-20mins -its really intense if you push hard and burs calories and loose weight,

      Yea man eating right, doing good amount of cardio and lifting weights will help burn off the fat. Check out HIIT (high intensity interval training ) too that is really good for burning fat.

        ive lost 10.4 lbs in 13 days on the velocity diet.. and i feel spectacular.

          1) Training hard is a must.
          2) I would only have carbohydrates for one meal in the day (preferably in the afternoon). And have rice as the carbohydrates as rice tends to give you energy for the later parts of the day.
          3) For your meal before 6:00 p.m, try eating vegetables with some source of lean meat. Don't eat any fried food anymore. Try to keep it all boiled or steamed if you can.
          4) No more junk food. If you want something sweet, eat fruits/honey.
          5) Skipping rope does in fact make you lose a lot of calories.

          Just keep working hard and eating less **** and you'll be there before you know it. The amount of time you have to lose this weight is plenty I think. Good luck nonetheless.

              I am now 169 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks down from 185. I am starting to see the muscles under my pecs...

              I always wanted that cartoon look muscles lol... you know how the muscles under the pecs are ripped without their hands even being raised. lol


              I've been working on my sit-ups so much... those lil bulges on the side of my abs are disappearing... You can see what they looked like in my pic. Directly left end and right end to my navel.

              Not my 6 pack... hope you understand what i mean.. like the love handles part.

                Yeah I can see what you mean. You'll easily be down to 165 by next week the way you're going. Im just off to the gym now. I'm well up for it today. Ill write what I did later.
