    What have you eaten today?

I'd like to see a list of foods you guys eat in a general day.

I don't want perfect diets.....just post a list of what you have eaten today. I'm just a little intrigued as to how healthy some of us are.....and maybe pick up a few decent snack ideas.

    My list:

4 Weetabix (bowl of cereal) topped with sliced bananas.
    Tuna sandwich (wholemeal bread)
    1L Mars refuel milkshake drink
    Gourmet chicken fillets (barbecue sauce)
    Protein shake x2 (Maximuscle)

Yet to have tonight - Pasta (Penne/pork mince bolagnese)
    Apple Pie/Custard

Morning: 100% grained oats with 1 cup 2% lowfat milk and 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon raisins. 1 Banana.

Snack: Two apples. 1 pear. 1 orange. 2 string cheeses.

Lunch: 1 cup white rice with tuna, mayonnaise, and onions. 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, a cup of baby carrots. about 1/4 a cup of pasteurized milk with 2 teaspoons honey. 1 banana.

          After pool: 1 banana

After pushups and situps: 1 banana, 2 teaspoons of this mix (raisins, apricots, honey, and walnuts) I eat for energy, 1 apple, 1 orange.

1.5 hours before bed: 1 banana with 1 cup warm milk and 2 teaspoons honey.

On most days I eat a small meal for dinner (lean meat with vegetables), but today is the day that I mostly rely on fruits for energy.

No kidding. I think you've covered your 5 a day fruit plan for the rest of the week.

I usually eat about 2 fruit a day.

How long do you work out for while eating carb foods? I don't think i could stick to a plan like that without some form of protein.

Well, seeing as it is 8.29am I've only had time for breakfast today but yesterday here's what I had, and my diet is pretty routine.

7am: Breakfast 1 - Organic Barley Flakes with skimmed milk
9am: Breakfast 2 - Organic Porrige with skimmed milk
              11am: Snack - Organic Banana
1pm: Lunch - Organic Peanut Butter on Organic wholemeal bread & Bran Scone (non-organic!)
              3pm: Snack - Organic Apple
5pm: Snack - Organic Bio Yoghurt
7pm: Dinner - Organic wholemeal pasta & organic tomato pasta sauce & good amount of side veg
              7.30pm: Pre-workout Protein shake
              9.30pm: Post-workout Protein shake

              Seems to work for me!

It makes me laugh how apart from Versy everybody else seems to have the perfect diet. AND.... If thats the case howcome there aint as many people walking around with bodys like David Haye or Jeff Lacy? Especially considering you all seem to have the perfect diet.

You should have some fruit at about 11:30am. 5 hours is a long time to go without giving your body anything at all.
