ok nice video, you in the army? anyway heres my advice, good phys. strength from the pushups, i wont critique you on that, on the shadowboxing it would be better if we could see your feet the whole time but the hands are fine for now, form wasnt bad. chin down more, for sure. whenever you were jabbing during 2:00- your elbow needs to be tucked in more and i'd reccomend hands up a bit higher and some of the other movements were a bit hard to see because of the 2x speed. But overall pretty nice man that was better than alot of shadowboxing vids on here.
