yeah keep your hands near each other behind your back. plant them on the edge of a low(ish) bench or object.
then just lower yourself down and then come back up.
theres also the standing version using 2 rails, where you lower yourself
I noticed a better jab quality when I focused on pulling my jab back quickly to my face after I threw it, I also noticed a big speed/power inc on it when I exhale sharply as I throw it.
Adding weight to your shadow boxing or some resistance will help with speed. Use the double end bag and speed bag for coordination. If you are looking for power, simply stepping in with the jab does wonders.
