    10 lbs in a day.

I'm at 161 right now and i need to get down to 152 in 2 weeks... but i'm already doing a lot right now and it's going to be tough for me to get down to this weight. If you have advice on how to get down to 10 lbs in one day then maybe i could try to do that over the course of 2 weeks and be able to get good healthier results.

So how does a fighter drop 10 lbs in 1 day?

dehydration or get a colonic - i'd do the second one, u can clean as much as 7 pounds of **** out of ur body in one day, then sweat out the last 3 pounds

Why would you want to drop 10lbs in one day when you have a week to do it?

Start eating healthier, no fried food, no dairy products, no sugars, cut down on carbs. Drink less water than you do now.

Train in a sweat suit or if you don't have one a hoody and track pants.

Increase your training, spend more time and do more work.

The thing is i already do a lot of that. I eat right 100% and i run every morning adn train in the gym every monday-thursday. I was thinking about hoping onto a bike for like another 30 minutes a day or somehting...

Its from UFC 83 where Kalib Starnes kept running away and refusing to engage so Nate Quarry started to taunt him

tbh wat youre trying to do is simply unhealthy
dont do it, it needs to be sustainable, you need time.

The colonic and sauna is the only way you will achieve that.

30 mins on a bike will not make you lose 10lbs.

This is not healthy advice but if you really want to drop that amount........

Eat 30% - 40 % less than you do now. Do two 30 minute sessions in the sauna every day between now and the weigh in. Train every day, harder than you have been doing. Make sure you take vitamin pills.

I dropped 7lbs in a week not long ago but I will never do it again. Ultimately it hampered my performance and I would not advise anyone to do the same.
