A new heavybag vid

Just a new heavybag vid i was rearly tired but i gave it a go and i slipped on some sweat on the floor at one point lol.

I thought you kept your hands up pretty well, and your punches looked good (quite straight, brought your hands back, elbows tight). Could tell you were getting a bit tired near the end.

I'm not really one to judge as I've only been in the business about 2 real months.

Firstly AHHHH at the tierd thing! Nah just kiddin you deffinatly looked tierd, unlike some who use it as an excuse.

I thought your punches were good and kept the hands up well, i think you shoulda worked on more uppercuts and hooks but i guess you just weren't in that video cause you normally do. The footwork looked good but i wasn't paying full attention to it.

You looked dead as **** at the end. Btw, was that bag water filled? Cause when you hit it is sounded like water but it mighta just been the sound playing up.
