ok here is my problem when im jumping rope after about 45 sec to 1 min my calves an feet burn like crazy so bad i have to stop for like 3-5sec an keep going for anout like 30-40sec an all over agin will this stop or am i doing something wrong ????????. i can only go like 3 2 min rounds without about falling over dead lol

Try doing leg weights to strengthen your calves maybe. Might take a while to condition your legs.

how high are you jumping?
your feet should barley come off the floor if your doing ti corectly,forget the name jump rope, your feet should just come of the floor about 1 or 2 inchs not jumping,
you have to alternate feet and do 1 foot at a time and get a good rhythem,
