Keep the gloves on, man--at the very least wrap your hands. They're too precious to mess up on a heavy bag, especially when you already have the capacity to protect them.

But yeah, keep those hands up, and make sure you use your legs in your uppercuts. Other than that, your hand speed is good, you're using your range to its fullest, and good work moving around the bag and taking what it gives you.

Your keeping your shoulders too high, have them relaxed. I used to do the same thing until thursday. Relax your soulders.

Other thn than, good, but keep your hands up too!

You are way too exposed for an uppercut. You lean way too forward when punching. And the bag should not be swinging that much, it means you are pushing your punches in. They should have a snap to them. Also, wear handwraps at least or you will be ****ed.

i am snapping my punches back not pushing, bag was swinging bacause it is not so heavy. i was leting my hands down because i was tired a bit after practice, and i would never drop them down against opponent...(sure, i know i should do heavy bag like i'm fighting opponent and keep my hands up, but i didn't do it this time). don't worry about my hands (i used to punch bag with no gloves or wraps earlier (stoopid i know), and it was paintful sometimes, but now i am used to it. only thing now is i have scars all over my knuckles, but punching doesn't hurt me). I was not paynig attentionon techinque much in these videos because i was tired like i said, and because i was going at hard-punching workout... (sometimes i do strong punches, and still try to be techinicial as much as i can, and sometimes i use small strength but focus mostly on technique)

thx for comments and tips by the way
