    Hand wraps

    Three things really:

    1) Whenever I wrap my hands and then clench my fist the "knuckle protection" actually covers the top of my knuckles more than the knuckles themselves or the face of my fist. I've followed different ways and all of them end up the same. I follow the pictures and take the wraps up to the same place on my fingers, whilst out forward, as the picture shows. So, is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

    2) Do you have to wrap in between the fingers? I hate the feeling with a passion, it's just totally uncomfortable. So, do you all wrap between the fingers and is it acceptable if I don't?

    3) Is the ribbon method any good? I like the idea of it but whenever i've tried it I can never get my wraps on tight, after i've done 3 layers of "ribbon" it is just loose as hell from all parts after that. Which methods do you all use?

it doesnt really matter, as long as it doesnt unravel and doesnt cut your circulation off its fine

well, you don't really have to wrap your hands very tight. it should be comfortable.

that's all i can offer. it's pretty impossible to show someone how to wrap their hands via message board.

no u do not have to wrap the fingers..i only go inbetween my middle finger and ring finger....as long as the wrists are tight..thats all i worry about..the knuckles need 2b covered but really only extend down to the mid point of the base knuckles and the mid knuckles of your fingers...remember one should only b hitting with the fore and middle finger knuckle anyway

the best way to do it is between the fingers even if u dont like it...everything will b neater....wrap the knuckles a couple times first, then do between fingers, then knuckles couple times again, then the rest of ur hand.it will tie down the loose knuckle part that ur complaing about. but like they all said, dont wrap too tight. hopefully ur using the 180 inch wraps also.

this is a great way to do it...i do it very similar to this method:
