    I need a work out plan

    As far as push ups and weight lifting. I would rather do it at home with dumbells so I don't have to go to them gym on my days off. Any advice?

    just do 3 sets of 10 push up to start of with.( lest/more it depends how good you are.)

      Well I know I can do honeslty 25 pushups no problem, and first set I could do atleast.

        well do 3 sets of 20. you know what you can and can't do... you need to build it up.

          so just 3 sets? And when should I try to go up and by how much? A round about estimate of course.

            like i said. i don't knowe you ability. Do 3 sets of 20 and if it's easy do 4 sets of 20 or 4 sets of 25. It depends on how easy you find it. if you want to make it even harder do them with a clap. Put it up every week or somthing. This is the important thing to remeber tho, don't start to try and do 500 press ups or something because you soon get bord of it.
