    What Class Should I Concentrate On

    I'm a little curious being I got a little feedback on my first post.

    I'm 5'5" and 140 lbs what class would you suggest?


    EDITED TO ADD THIS:
    Right now I'm at 151 lbs but that's only because I've been trying to gain weight the last 2 weeks.

    If you're in shape Welterweight is perfect.

      well at 140 you fall into the junior welterweight class...but it depends on what kind of shape youre in

        Well I'm not in shape, I played football and baseball in high school and was on the weight lifting team but since then nothing. I do pushups and sit ups a little. So what you think?

            IBS? I know I have about 10% body fat at most 12%

              Sorry i ment pounds. Buy anyway 10-12 % is pretty good, if you do have fat you dont want do cardio every day. And compose a good diet, or follow one.
