i am looking to get new training gloves and good sparing gloves .

i want training gloves that have a good Velcro or elastic cuff so i can get them on quick and off quick(because i like doing a boxing style circuit training at my gym)

Man you gotta get those Rival sparring gloves, so you can tell me what they are like. They are supposedly the ducks nuts. Not cheap though, over $100 if i'm not mistaken. They also make good bag gloves apparently.

Out of the choices you gave for bag gloves I'd probably go with the Twins. Dunno about the dragon pattern though

DO NOT get the twins gloves for bag work. they will not last long at all and will eventually cause damage to your hands when they start wearing (which will be quick) and they will hurt your knuckles too

Hmmm, they're $25! You know, there's a saying, "You get what you pay for"! At this price these surely can't be any good.
