    Need Help On Weight-im Confused?

    ok i became really confsued because i have put on quite a bit of weight around my mid section and sides of stomach i have flab thats just come.

    i was fairly thin i cud see my abs and was happy im have just turned 16 and i began training more that usual.

    usaly twice a week in juniors and now 3 times a week in seniors and 1 hour later at night.

    so i have been training extra hard, thine thing is wen i ge tin at about 8,30 im so hungry and tyred and fatiqued that i need some food and i usally have a sandwich or batterd chicken or somting else out of tin and bread and stuuf, and from my extra training and hungryness ive put on weight , it hninks this is the reason anyway.

    i natrually eat lots at home im always eating and i teend to eat sugary ceral and break with butter and tinned food,

    however im asking u guys wot good foods can i eat to fill me up, after workout and snacking and how can i louse this extra weight ive had for weeks now and cant seem to shift,

    Don't worry about it, once people get to around 16 I've been told they start to bulk up and lose the skrawny 6 pack they had at a young age when they were all skin and bone. You're probably just in the same boat as me. Just do some abdominal excersises at home every so often, its all you can do, just stay on top of things and if your that concerned about eating then check out one of the nutrient websites that has tons to learn on what to eat at the right times, I'm sure someone will post a link.

      Well i eat some kind of Fiber Sticks whenever im hungry. About 180 cals and 9 grams of fiber, fill me up easily. I usually eat this after a workout.

              I am in the same boat as you tricky! I am 17 and when i was 16(several months ago) I was in GREAT SHAPE, 155 pounds and i could see definetion without even trying. I blew up to 178 over the winter and not to mention ive been working out all winter harshly. Now summer is almost here and im just at 170 and I am concidering just quiting all this working out and boxing as it is not going anywhere!
