    4lb a week for 3 weeks...

So i'm only 152lb and I would like to gain another 4lb a week for the remainer of the holiday. Do you think this is realistic? I obviously need to increase food intake, I will continue doing exercise. I don't expect this weight to be all muscle, but I want most of it to be. How should I go about this? Keeping in mind telling me to shovel the food in is all well but I prob' wont do it because my appeteite is usually pretty low during the day and larger at night. Any of you able to help? I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Yeah but I don't want to become unhealthy, any-one can gain 4lb a week by eating high fat foods. Thank you for your input but I refuse to accept that as a good diet for gaining proper weight. The peanut butter I can see but high fat content is never good.

I don't believe 4 pounds a week is realistic if you only want to gain lean mass. This article provides a lot of useful info if you want to take a look:
