    ****in Ass Exercise Routines

    I say ****in because I dont want anyone to think I mean tips on getting a skinny hardened ass. I know most of yall are guys but, maybe someone can help me out?

    well
    id recommend running and cycling.
    if you go to a gym then use the cross trainer, or steps if they have them. most leg resistance training (ie leg press) also helps
    hope that helps (ive personally never focussed on the 'glutemus maximus' as the ass is called)
