2 hours of body exercises will achieve very little. Here's a few pointers:

Join a gym, use the cross trainers for 20 minutes at a heart rate no less than 120bpm, then cycle for 20 on the same, aim for roughly 140bpm, and then go onto running and warm down. Do this 1-2 a week. 20 mins jogging is all very well but if you don't reach 120bpm you're technically just 'warming up'. Above 150 and you're using glycogen in your muscles, losing minimal calories.
Atleast 1 a week do a weight training program. This will build muscle, the reason behind this is muscle consumes a great % of calories per day to just exist. Therefore, high muscle content and reasonable (less than 2500, more like 2000) calorie intake = decreasing fat, without doing a thing. Also, low weight high reps will increase small muscle fibres and decrease fat content, for a more toned look, a good means of focusing on specific areas such as arms. Eat 3 regular meals, eating less can slow down your metabolism. Make breakfast and lunch wholesome, this is when your body uses up most of it's intake, come dinner time your metabolism slows down meaning a large meal there will store more as energy as it would in the morning. Your meals should be healthy and balanced. Keep alcahol for the weekends, it slows down the metabolism on a short term basis, consuming it after meals every day wont do you any good, if you do it. When you drink water, drink it cold, your body will use energy to warm it. Follows these few tips and you'll be losing the lbs and calling me your saviour in no time.

Bread is full of Carbohydrates and Milk is quite a high fat %. I would say they're probably not the best things to have too often if you want to lose weight. That being said, bread and milk is better than a fast food beef burger. Milk is still healthy, at the end of the day the main goal is to use up more calories than you take in. The greatest principle is to ensure that your calorie intake is healthy, whatever it is. But by drinking a glass of milk it takes a chunk of your calories, so you can have less etc. Get me?

A good hint, this isn't about weight loss so much but more about general health, eat the organs of an animal. Liver, Kidney, etc. It's cheap and full of vitamins.

I don't think bread or milk are bad, you just have to make the right choice. Skimmed milk has virtually no fat and semi-skimmed has very little fat but still retains enough flavour and density to make it palatable - don't forget also that milk is a good source for protein. Try to get organic if you can. As for bread, I'd go for wholemeal which will give you your complex carbs (which give you a slower and more sustained release of energy). Again, go for organic. Obviously don't eat too much bread, for instance two slices of toast in the morning plus a sandwich in the afternoon would be okay. Just my two cents!

EAT YOUR CALORIES, DONT DRINK THEM!!! Cutting soft drinks and other sugar drinks will help alot. Just stick to water.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. i can't stress how important this is. remember, water and fat don't mix. i did this when i needed to drop weight for my fight and i'm so far successful (i need to drop one pound between today and tomorrow... that was from needed to lose 4-6)
