    my training at the moment

    What do u think about what im doing at my training at the moment.

    i go training in the gym with coaches: tuesday,thursday and sunday
    i run on sunday,monday , wednesday and sometimes friday
    i run about 5 miles i go up 5 hills and 2 hills are almost vertical so its a tough run if im out of shape.
    When coaches arent in the gym i go gym monday, wednesday or friday or saturday but dont always go on these days i go on one of them i do 12 rounds of sparrin on friday with a friend sometimes.
    What u all think?
    i been boxing for 9 months
    i do exercises when im at the gym and after i do my running i do alot of sit ups and press ups using different techiques.

    i think you should run 50 miles on mon, wed, sun, and spar 24 rounds...

    Seriously what do you want us to say/comment on? you know what you are doing is just fine?!

    just continue it for the next 5 years and you'll be fine
