Boxing Gym questions

I am thinking of joining a local gym which offers boxing lessons. Its the only one close to my house and I have really wanted to do it for a while but have been putting it off. However, it seems a bit pricey (10 sessions for $250). Its one on one lessons with the trainer, who supposedly is pretty good and has won golden gloves. I was wondering what people thought of this price.

Also, I was wondering, those of you who do boxing, what other incidental expenses should I expect (gloves, shoes, wraps, etc)? I am trying to figure out if these lessons are within my slim budget. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks.

Well one on one training is good, but in my opinion 250 for 10 sessions is too much. I go to the gym 5 times a week and could never afford it at that rate.
I pay 100$ a month and the gym is open everyday for 4 hours. They provide me with everything i need: bag gloves, sparrin gloves, head gear, all i had to buy where handwraps and mouthpiece.

Thats pretty pricey im paying $125 a month but im there 5-6 a days a week and theirs classes all day. One on One tho is pretty good thoguh cause i know one on one sessions with my trainer average out to be like $80 a session
