Beginners tips Need help!

    Ok how tall are u? cause im 5ft8 or 9 and i wieght 130lbs so enless u smaller then me u must be underwieght and if u planning to box its not all about muscles u dont get power or speed from body building in boxing.
    I been training for 9 months and i eat well porridge,fish,chicken etc
    and if im on my lunch i have subway thats about the only junk i eat.

      Thank you guys for all the tips this is realy going to help me out!
      Today is my first Training session again so ill see what the Trainer can do for me to help me out,

              Good evening, i had 3 Training sessions so far.
              everything goes great! I can see my weight increase and today i have reached an milestone my Training partner said i did great, after the training session i Came in home and ate Brussel sprouts and before the training another plate of brussel sprouts. Then i went mirror boxing with gloves and weights in it, Did 75 situps. I feel my speed and power increase so i had 400ml of milk and food with 40grams of proteins and i can feel my body and arms. should i repeat this training in home 3 times a week or is it to bad for me?,

                u lot sound really small im like 5'10 and weight 11 stone 154 pound and thats mostly muscle u can see it when u click my profile
