hi,
to throw your right hand you should turn you right kne inwards and pivot your foot also turn your hips and shoulder sin one smooth motion with keeping you right arm protecting your chin as you throw it, keep you head straight though. i would usally protect my left side of my face with my left hand but you sen u keep yours low.
btw you shopuld join a boxing club , why not?

thanks for the tip ,MY LOCAL gym charges 40 a hr for a trainer , and 50 a month just to use the facility im moving soon so when i move back to the city im gonna go to a local gym where they have trainers who dont charge a arm and a leg
