    i meant complex lifts

    i read a thread about complex lifting but i couldn't get them to explain it at all. so i was wondering if anyone might explain this to me.

    It's where you take weight and do reps of different exercises, one right after another, like this ex: bend over rows - 4 reps, power clean - 4 reps, front squats - 4 reps, military press - 4 reps
