I hear most of the cleto reyes gloves (newer ones) are cheaply made and manufactured in China/USA. I got mine (pro training gloves) from Ringside like 3 months ago and it matches the description of the newer line of gloves but on the inside tag, it says made in Mexico. The quality does not seem very good as after a couple of light sessions, the cuff area inside ripped and exposed foam. I am interested in getting a Grant pro training glove as I hear they are higher quality but are the ones from the Grant site and the Ringside site really high quality made in Mexico gloves or cheaply manufactured one? The one I want costs $130. are grant pro training gloves generally smaller or the same size as othe gloves of the same oz size? please help

when did you buy your cleto reyes from ringside? I heard they switched the newer gloves to junker quality. they look as good but when you use them they are not as good. odds are if you bought them in earlier 2007 or before that, you have the better one. what logo does it say on the back? does it say "Hecho en Mexico" in big letters or "Cleto Reyes?" THe ones that have the big CLeto Reyes logo is the newer ones
