hey be easy, I have a decent knowledge on this stuff, but i mean who knows everything thats why im asking questions. I mean all i really know about this is that when you work out, it tears your muscles, then they rebuild, so how can you constantly work them out if they never get to rebuild and are just constantly torn? Muscles are like a sculpture, you build it up, then when you work out, it gets torn apart. Then you get a couple days to build again,it takes time to make art, its not instantaneous. but this time, now you have more clay, so this time its bigger and has more mass/defintion. IDK man a muscle is a muscle if its on ur neck, leg or ur ass. whatever on second thought why am i even asking this its kind of ****** and odvious, and as i look back on cats post he already stated all this so hes not sort of or kinda right he nailed it.

as for the reduces sorness part.. that may be true, you may feel less pain after working it out the next day, but your muscles arent getting any bigger, waste of time. i feel like a moron for not agreeing with cat from the beginning

no no no you couldnt be farther from the truth water is the best fat remover you can find. you need it to gain muscle weight, and to lose fat weight. it eliminates off fat and drains out toxins with exercise, and is needed to fuel your muscles to get bigger, so all around it is key for nutrition. water has no calories, or anything really of that matter, how could it be bad for you. apparently some ppl think it makes you weak, their idiots. i drink a gallon of water a day, thats 8 lbs, and by the next morning its all gone. it flushes all the garbage out of your system that usually turns to fat, so it prevents fat in the first place.
your kidneys need water to operate, its your bodies natural filtration system. without water your body wont be able to eliminate these fats. thats why beer gives you a gut- it dehydrates you, and shuts down your liver. hence the beer belly
