    Training question

Okay, so our gym is having time off over the christams holidays. Basically our trainers need a break. This will probably last 4-5 weeks. It is a one off thing. i am definetly going to keep training though.

I was wondering what I should do in this break time? I was thinking about running twice per day and keeping up with my bodyweight exercises (Push-ups, Sit-ups, ab-roller, Chin-ups etc).

    What do you think?

If you do that basic routine, especially running twice a day you'll be training the trainers when they get back But really that looks ok, should be fine.

        Your lucky Kayo.

I only need to cut 10lbs by next year. Hoping to get a sixpack as well. I figure the running will take care of that.

thats crazy that your gym closes. my gym NEVER closes. if one trainer is gone on vacation or whatever, theres always more trainers there to take over. that sucks for you man, but yea what you got planned is good keep your weight down and keep your fitness level up so when you get back it wont be hard to jump right back into it. good luck!

4-5 weeks!.... I'd simply say keep up your routine or as much of it as you can as you can't visit the gym and take this time to train on any defficiencies you may have. You could also find another gym to fill in the time.
